REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

REFUNDS:

REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING OR VESSEL DEFECT AND IS REPORTED WITHIN THE FIRST 14 DAYS OF ORDER PLACEMENT.  THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND FOR CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ PRODUCT INFORMATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE TO ENSURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT CANDLE. 
 

EXCHANGES:

WE WELCOME EXCHANGES ON ORDERS. ANY ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SCENT MUST BE NEW, UNBURNED, AND WITHOUT ANY DIGS WITHIN THE CANDLE ITSELF.  ONLY THE SAME SIZE AS ORDERED WILL BE EXCHANGED.  CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IT TO RELAXING REMEDY AND SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE NEW PRODUCT.  WE CANNOT APPROVE ANY DOWNGRADE THAT WOULD RESULT IN A REFUND. THERE IS A $5.00 RE-SHIPPING FEE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT FOR REPACKAGING. THIS PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE EXCHANGE. 

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. AFTER 14 DAYS, WE HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.

PLEASE SEND ALL EXCHANGES WITH A PRINTOUT OF THE INITIAL INVOICE.

PLEASE SPECIFY THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT YOU WOULD LIKE IN EXCHANGE. INCLUDE THIS WITH YOUR RETURN PACKAGE OR EMAIL THE DETAILS WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO relaxingremedycandleco@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES ARE DISCRETIONARY UPON INSPECTION OF ITEM(S) ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE.
